What does “Add Major Generalist” mean?

This option allow a user to add large retainer-only generalist firms (like Heidrick & Struggles, Egon Zehnder, or Korn Ferry) who may not state they specialize in a specific industry/position, but are large enough to have assignments in that industry/position anyway. These firms tend to work with more senior level assignments and are recommended for job-seekers in the $100k+ salary range.

If a user clicks on the Major Generalists and selects no other criteria, the system selects all the Major Generalists in the specified geographic area.
